1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The product is in its original condition with no signs of damage, stains, perfume, deodorant, or alterations.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products marked as *Final Sale, **Clearance, or *Non-Returnable.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Customized or personalized products.
Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Size Exchange

If the size does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

Store credit
A replacement product of equal value
A refund (where applicable)

Customers are encouraged to refer to the size chart before placing an order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
Ship the product using the approved return method.

6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Vernon Duke will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a size issue, change of mind, or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated during a promotional offer.

7. Refund Process

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
